About Angela:
Angela chambers, the development coordinator and programs manager of Tannery World Dance and Cultural Center (twdcc), Known as a performer within the community, Angela will be making her Winter Dance Fest (WDF) choreographer debut with her piece ode, a dedication to her students who have shared their moments of uncertainty, heaviness, and resilience. As a certified youth wellness instructor and youth empowerment advocate, this work comes from many years of working closely with TWDCC youth in her MindBody Medicine: Wellness for Dancers course.
